Loan Servicing ripoff Litton Loan Servicing or C-Bass: Ripoffs, Fraud, Non Compliant and foreclosure happy!

Well to say the least, since it's 12:30 in the morning, need to release my anger. I will be placing a lawsuit against these jerks. Story here is the same as hundreds of others out there against them. They lie and then steal from you your most important thing, your family roof. They are now starting foreclosure on us. They can not wait for my refinancing to be completed, and killed the deal by badly damaging my credit and by not accepting payments.

First the insurance issues, they tried to accelerate several times with a false insurance from Loyd's of London, which is not an insurance company in the first place. Finally my check bounce by $32.00 for making payment on my taxes, they were so nice enough to do the payment for me, they decided to jack the payments up a $1,000 extra per month, then holding the money, then to not accepting payments.

They have the nerve to call my home and harrass us, but only to ask why we have not made our payments. Finally now an attorney is handling it on their side so they can add more fees to it.

Needless to say, they are jerks on the phone and hang up on you. Needless for me to say, I am now going to place a lawsuit against them in Federal Court, A Big One!
