We hired a van from this company on the 3rd august.
They took a £600.00 deposit.
After a week i rang to ask why it hadnt been refunded and was told it takes 10 working days.
After this period i rang again and again and again and was basically fobbed off.
On aug 29 i was asked by email for my bank details and was paid £250.00 the following day.
As i write this i am ringing them to get the rest!
I would advise anyone contemplaing using this company to look at the comments from others as well as ourselves before making a booking as you may find them frustrating to say the least to deal with
