Ripoff owe me money for business expense they refuse to pay while i was employed there

I was formerly a partner at Earth Mortgage. My former partners decided they would buy me out. We agreed to the terms of the buyout. Most were followed.

They short paid me on my final check of over $900. Then left me holding a bill with an attorney whom we had hired to do some work for the company. The final $1500 of this bill was paid out of my personal account. I've tried several times to get them to pay me. No response. I would be happy just to get the Attorney fees reimbursed to me.
