I recieved a credit card that i could not activate. Several weeks later i recieved a statemant saying that i mysteriously owed a billed that i had never even encountered or activated. The statement said i owed for set-up fees, program fees, annual fees, and oh yes my favorite, participartion fees. It also included info on my credit limits and current charges. I owed of the $400 credit limit they offered me, $178 in purchases and charges that had already been applied to my card, leaving $222 available credit. They charged me $29 for set-up fees, $95 for program fees, $48 for annual fees, and my favorite again, $6 whopping bucks for participating. With an amazing 9.9 apr. Boy i'm sure glad i caught this scam i'm one lucky chicky!!! ShellieNew Haven, Illinois
