Bad and inefficient customer service

Okay, Lender of America basically sucks. I am a global scholar who exposed a merchant account with lender of america since it appears therefore established. Boy, i was incorrect. Although on summer break-in Singapore, BOA shut my consideration with no previous notice. After I called them about this, I had been moved 1000000 instances and each and every period I named, they offered me various options. You know what, not one of them worked. It had been as though these BOA team are simply creating options from their very own creativity plus they clearly have no idea the things they are referring to. I experienced so much difficulty (hours about the telephone - LOTS OF cash lost since I had been calling from offshore), and numerous trip to merrill lynch department in Singapore, all to no avail. And so Iam attached, ostensibly. I can not spend my tuition costs since BOA shut my consideration and would not repair it. Thanks a great deal BOA. I gave you cash, however, you gave me garbage. Great work!
