Sent to collections?

I only acquired an email from the variety company named National Lender Adjustors declaring that my Consideration with Cutter Team LLC was delivered to collections??? I've never provided my bank info to anyone and today Iam obtaining a notice from the variety company stating this Cutter Team LLC has delivered me to selections, Iam betting/accepting this can now continue my credit, I've never obtained funds from their store or something? Exactly what the heck??? I am totally losing sight of my brain about that, how can this occur?
