No Order Confirmation and No Refund Eithe

I placed an online order that I never got a confirmation of. When I called a week later to find out whether the order went through I heard nothing. I went and found the same items at another online vendor (at much lower prices) and ordered. Then I discovered that 2 weeks later my order was processing thru GC by finding a pending charge on my credit card. I tried to cancel the order and got told "We have already processed your order and we have a no cancellation policy. Please read our policies to see that this is something you agreed to when ordering. If you choose to contact your credit card company we will show them what you agreed to and we will win."
