Mr. LW Kinnie, borrowed $176,000. Signed a Promissory Note, which was secured.interest was 10%. He never provided the security or made any payments. He needed the money to settle a lawsuit with Standing Rock, Inc against him self and his wife, Wei Hua Kinnie. All reasonable Attorney fees and cost of collection were to be paid. He has made no attempt to satisfy the Debt. We have since discovered he has done this to others over a long period. This is clearly his MO. Be aware of this individual and his companies. He will defraud you.
