Ripoff I have made one payment since I refinanaced in sept

I refinanced my home in Sept. I made one payment in December they raised my house note on Dec 2nd over 100 dollars for January and on dec 30 they raised my Febuary payment by over 100 dollars. They then refused my January payment and I cancelled the check. From the closing in September to middle of January I have asked over 10 times for my paperwork which was not left at closing. When I finally received my paperwork, I immediately rescinded the mortgage. They have refused to recognize the rescention.

I have retained the services of an attorney, Ameriquest attempted to foreclose. The attorney they hired has declined to push the foreclosure into court. My attorney attempted to begin negotiations with Ameriquest and they refused to answer our letters. I filed suit in Sept.

At this moment all negotiations have halted and both sides are at a stand still. If the gentleman from Shreveport Louisiana named Sam would contact me. I would very much appreciate it.
