National Mitigation Corp - Eric Anderson
Eric Anderson, Kim Arnhandt, Nicole Stole our money and made us desperate

Eric Anderson contacted my husband and I on the internet claiming his company could help us with a loan modification and that we would qualify. He further claimed that his company would conduct a "forensic audit" to make sure all the original mortgage loan documents where correct. We had just heard in the media that several mortgage companies had been fined by the US for falsifying mortgage loan documents.

When Eric contacted us and told us about "the forensic audit", we thought we might have been vicitimized by the original mortgage company. We were desperate for help and Eric seemed to be so very willing to help us.

All required documents were sent to National Mitigation Corp on Marc 29. At that time, we were simply 90 days past due on our mortgage. We paid National Mitigation Corp the required $2500.

They have done nothing. We recieved a summons claiming our house is in foreclosure and close to sale. We have been left in a desperate situation by National Mitigation Corp and have had to hire our own attorney which may be too late.

We are about to loose our house of 14 years. My husband has just had a complete hip replacement and is unable to do much. We are both seniors and are desperate and don't know how we can save our house or continue to pay the amount past due.

We are intelligent people who were "taken" by Eric Anderson and his smooth talking and his endless promises. We feel damaged and are so embarrased by being preyed upon by National Mitigation Corp and Eric Anderson, especially.
