I received a message on my personal email about this company, that they can help homeownes with loan modifications. I have been strugling financially my husbamd lost his job, and I am the only one working. I went ahead and contacted this firm. On September 27 I filed an application with them. I was put on a trial period of $1580.00 for three month. I was promissed they will help me with the loan modification process. I stop paying the mortgage. I was contacted by Mr. Eric Rios and Miss Lisa Randall that they were working on my case. The phone number I was given For Mr. Eric Rios was 800 805 7780 x 1511 and for Miss Randall 631 615-8171, and they have three websites, lrandall@attorneynetworkgroup.com, the second customerservice@a-cti.com, and the third www.attorneyallianceunion.com. I Faxed them all my documents. To my understanding I believed that they were working with the lender since September of and find out later that was not the case. My complete package for a loan modification was sent on January 18 to my mortgage company. They took $4,740.00 money I couldn't afford. The modification was denied. On Febrauary 6 I was contacted Miss Randall was on medical leave, and some else was handling my file. It was my mistake trusting someone like them, since I was desperate I seeking for help to safe my home. At The present time the bank wants to take the house away form us. I am facing foreclosure. I wish there was something it can be done to stop the National Legal Associates Firm taking advantage of homeowners in financial distress. It is very upseting what is happening to us and my kids.
