Paycheck Deposit Transferred Out by Unknown Person the Next Day

On 8/13 my paycheck was deposit in my account. On 8/14 someone by the name I was told of jessie widler transfer $698.79 I do not know who this person is and I was told that I would have my money back in two business day because I did not give jessie wilder permission to transfer my money nor change my account. I am a single parent with 8 kids and that was my rent money. Now I'm told that I have to wait ten days at that time my children and I will be homeless. The people at netspend are uncaring and did not care that this person had access to my account. I work hard for my money and did not give someone permission to take it from me. Please help
