On 8/13 my paycheck was deposit in my account. On 8/14 someone by the name i was told of jessie widler transfer $698.79 i do not know who this person is and i was told that i would have my money back in two business day because i did not give jessie wilder permission to transfer my money nor change my account. I am a single parent with 8 kids and that was my rent money. Now im told that i have to wait ten days at that time my children and i will be homless. The people at netspend are uncaring and did not care that this person had access to my account. I work hard for my money and did not give someone permission to take it from me. Please help
