This criticism is against Ms. Kristin M Germroth (NMLS ID #853857) is really as under:-

It Is was only a basic problem about not getting my bill claims since I have start my consideration and that I am not enrolled to online bank. The clear answer was that there's some type of glitch within the program. I required to provide me last 2 weeks declaration. She enrolled me to online bank & explained to printing out of your home. I requested below why she enrolled me to online bank. She responded thatn't display mean attitude & i am not sitting here to take your perspective. I told below it had been an easy issue. She again stated do not show-me your your perspective. Might be she was Improper. I still hardly understand why did she bothered me with no cause and he or she was therefore disrespectful & rude. Again she may be improper.
