I've been an extended position account-holder with Chase Credit for over ten years. I've two of the charge cards, one branded by Amazon. I had been approached by their protection 2 weeks before regarding suspicious dealings against among my cards that seemed deceptive. It was certainly the situation. I registered using their online bill support to check the dealings for this consideration and started getting emails from their store at-one of my mail records I take advantage of solely for business. Subsequently, simply yesterday, on another mail account, I obtained a my declaration was prepared. Hmmm, I believed, and popped it-up. After I visited their website, I came across that my other Amazon branded card have been signed up for digital shipping which I'd overlooked a cost and been billed a $29 overdue charge on the really small stability. After I named customer support and reported that I'd not enrolled in digital shipping, and had never obtained a declaration from their store so far, they stated, basically that it had been not their issue, since I have had clearly enrolled. I mentioned no, I'd not, however they were totally disinterested within the proven fact that I'd not required digital shipping for that consideration, and hadn't obtained a declaration for that prior month. Additionally they rejected to rescind the late charge. After I told them I'd never been overdue on the cost in my own existence, these were likewise indifferent. After I told them I'd need to end our connection for both cards due to their rejection to take responsibility for that scenario they'd produced, they stated, proceed.
