Cash back reward of $540 never received after repeated requests

Discover card cash back a rip off. I had had Discovers
card since 1986 now & they "Used" to send the cash back
each year. Early July this yr I noticed I never received &
called. I was told now you have to ask for it, it's not
automatically sent like always before. I asked for them
to send it. In August I asked what happened
to it & was told it was sent, but they can see it was never cashed. Said they would send another but that takes 8-12 weeks. I called back first on Sept & someone said it doesn't take that long & they would send it right out & seems the mail is bad, we can get our bill but not our check (same address since 1975). Still nothing.

My cash back is about $540.00, seems they
want to keep it as long as they can or for you to use it
to buy stuff at 50% off (that is more than likely) their
cost so they will be out nothing. We can go to small claims court & might have to.
