Professional Credit Consultants
Ripoff Fraudulent business practices, Monies transferred monthly and creditors not paid, Call not returned

I entered into a Debt Consolidation Agreement w/Professional Credit Consultants, Inc. Due to credit card and tax issues. The following occurred:

*None of the creditors have been paid since we entered into agreement

*The monthly installment amount is withdrawn from my account every month and still the creditors have not been paid.

*I have called, called and called again leaving desperate messages for the Credit Manager or anyone to discuss my concerns... I have not received one returned phone call from Professional Credit Consultants, Inc.

*I called in September to speak w/Miriam who promised to e-mail the schedule of payments, the dates the payments were made and the amount of the payments. Miriam (from Accounting) committed to e-mailing that information the day of our phone conversation. I have not received any information from her to date.

*They were instructed to make payments to the State of Ca Franchise Tax Board, instead they made a payment to the IRS-which has now created and new set of problems.

*Professional Credit Consultants, Inc. Has not kept one part of their verbal or written agreement with me and they have assisted in making my credit worse instead of improving it. What they advertise, they did not produce. "PCCI IS NO BETTER THAN THE COMMON THIEF OR PURSE SNATCHER" I came to them for help, not to get ripped off. I have suffered emotionally, physically (lack of sleep and proper diet) and financially because of their actions and neglect. Their business practices have been fraudulent

I want action taken—even if legal!
