Ripoff, took taxes without sending letter few days lat on payment and constant phone calls to people in my family not even respsonsible for payment

I have had many problems with this company or companies. Why are companies allowed to push people around. I have tried to get ohter home loan from another company and I am doomed at present. I thought when I bought my home, it would be mine someday.

At this rate it is going to be the companies. I can't keep paying higher and higher prices for a place to live. My taxes was late last year, due to a chronic back disease I suffer and do the best i can. But I paid my taxes at the court house. With a receipt paid in full. O. K come December right around Christmas of course this company calls and says Your payment is late. So I was setting up arrangements to draft out of account. THe person I was speaking to said my payment. I told him, you have someone else. He said no, that they had paid my home taxes and I was to pay an extra one hundred dollars a month on my payments. He said we paid them in sept. I said I am faxing the copys Of my tax copys PAID IN FULL.

This trailer company would have took my home if I did not pay again. So this year rolled around before I could pay them No late notice on door yet. This company had paid again adding another 44.00 a month for 10 months not counting insurnace, which is 50.00, which by the way only is for the house no house contents.

After 5 years of fighting with these people, they might win. E thing I needed most when I bought this place Was One Question? Do you want disability and life insurnace? I am a hard worker since 12 now I must quit my job due to Bad health conditions. I know this company already is not going to work me. Say your prayers. May God Bless All off Us.
