I went online with Sallie Mae to apply for a Federal Loan... Got approval but then they had entered the wrong Birthdate for me and the system locked me out. Have called at least 10 times trying to get the documents that need to be E-signed in order to enroll in the school but have yet to have the issue resolved. Have spent over 1 hour of waiting time and on the phone with different customer service reps.
