I have found that NCS Litigation is a fraudulent company who is unable to verify or confirm my debt and I unknowingly ended up paying them for a debt I thought I was resolving. This company has been reported to the Oregon Attorney General and FBI Collection scams/cyber crimes division. Please use caution when dealing with this company and do not let the scare tactic of missed court dates, criminal charges and the like force you into paying something. Per FDCPA regs the tactics they employ are criminal in nature. ALWAYS get the debt verified in writing before dealing with ANY company.
