Aaa Credit Services
Ripoff fdcpa and ftc violations and harassment california

Business & Finance

I owe an apartment debt and aaa credit is the collection agency. A certain collection rep with this company has called my home several diffrent times of the night for reasons other than the debt, which i informed this person to stop, according to the ftc (federal trade commissioner) and fdcpa (fair debt collection practice act), if you inform a collection agency to not call you at individual numbers and they do, they can be liable for damages because this is a form of harassment, if a person calls after you informed them not to do so, also to call more than a certain number of times a day, and during certain hours can be a federal violation, ive received calls as late as 11: pm, and "the collector" didnt want to discuss the debt. So i will see this company in court. Ive filed complaints with the bbb, dept of consumor affairs, and the ftc. Next im fillin in my court documents online...
