Sanctuary Capital Group Fraud, Ripoff, Loan Modifcations

This company is a joke. They perform illegal actions according to senate bill 94 in the state of California. They are not allowed to collect any fees until they approve you for a loan modification with your lender. I was asked up front for the fees even though I was told I wouldn't have to pay until the MODIFICATION was complete. Communication with these people was lax at best. My lender stated they never received documents from Sanctuary, then Sanctuary would turn around and blame me for not sending them to the lender. Wait. Isn't that what I was paying Sanctuary to do? Also, Sanctuary told me to have NO contact with my lender... To only go through them. They are liars and thieves and they break the law. Run... Quickly...
