Said they were going to freeze my ssn, arrest me, just harrassing

They sent me a mail telling me they were going to arrest me through the court. THEY said these were likely to freeze my ssn and inform might work when I've a consideration these were likely to let them know to consider cash from it. Real nuisance. I held there mail they delivered me in the event you need it. Please simply make sure they are Quit.
