Ripoff Overcharges, Non-Sufficent Fund (NSF) Fees

I'm also of the opinion these NSF fees by BofA are outrageous. For example, I was charged over $40.00 for a 95 cents overdraft which was merely a correction to a previous charge. Also, I see that all my checks cleared in order from highest to lowest, costing me additional charges which the bank could have avoided.

Does anyone else have these outrageous fees from BofA. I would like to see whether anything can be done about this. I'm an attorney in Sacramento. I'm not a consumer attorney, but I'm sure I can find one, if there are enough people like me out there who are sick of these outrageous fees.
