Claims to be able to reduce my mortgage payments, sent 375.00 to get started on 6/6... Have not heard from FAMS phone is disconnected and email in not deliverable

I requested a mortgage modification with the people. Claimed everything looked good for me. I sent them 375.00 to start the process. It has been over a month and I have not heard form them. (Julia Bryant). Tried to contact them... Phone number is disconnected and e-mail address can not be delivered

Really would like my money back...
