American Loan Center claims to be a LOAN MODIFICATION – HOME SAVER LEGAL PROGRAM
Albert Brennan at 800.685.7541 x518 claimed to have worked out a loan modification with my mortgage company. He also claimed to have got me a federal grant to reduce the modification even more!
Once he gets his fee of $4,695 to save your home home. He will tell you that you should be getting a new mortgage statement from your mortgage company via fed Ex to be signed and returned.
You will never hear from him again! He's gone with your money and no modification has been worked out!
