First of all, dont let the BBB rating fool you. Companies like US Tax Shield pay off BBB to maintain a high score. Anyone who does research on BBB knows its a scam. But thats another story...

I hired them to settle my tax debt. I was hoping for an Offer in Comprimise and instead, I got a payment plan, which is fine, but They charged me $1500 to set me up on a payment plan and they only got rid of less than $200 in penalites. I could have just done this on my own. They took over 8 months do this and during this time I was still getting charged interest by the IRS. I should have just called the IRS myself and saved time and money. This company is a scam.

Very bad management too. They are impossible to reach and they never call back.
