Family Prepaid Mastercard Customer Service Incompetence!

I opened our Family Prepaid Mastercard years ago to have the ability to put funds on a debit card for my teenager. Nothing but misery! They are a bunch of incompetent idiots. I have experienced constant login issues with the website preventing me from funding the card at the most inconvenient of times. I now have an account that I cannot login to anymore. Their most recent offshore entity used for customer service have no clue what they are supposed to do! I give up. No more disconnected calls, no more language barriers, no more incompetence, and no more monthly fee and transaction fees. Major ripoff. Zero customer care. Stay away!!
