People beware! This guy and his wife run a lot of scams that reach out over a series of states. They profess to be real estate agents and they are complete frauds. The houses you are buying are actually owned by the Testa's or there friends. The "finance guy" is actually a good ole boy of Vince's group and they open accounts in your name and they have other people order merchandise to the house your preparing to buy so it all looks like you did it. He will only sell you a home if you use "his" finance guy. He claims that he's fast when it comes to closing and he will get you the best rate. Yeah, he gets you into the most debt! These guys are scam artists! He tells everyone that he has these panic attacks and it's so people feel sorry for him. The reason he's having these panic attacks is because he is so close to getting caught!
