A1 National Van Hire
Do not use this company unless you have money to throw away!

Rented a van from A1 in Sep-11 and I am still awaiting refund of my deposit keep bein told it has been sent or they have had system problems promise to call me back and then hear nothing out of them.

Just to top it off now they have now 10 months later taken more money out of my account which also highlights the fact they are keeping your card details on their files which is illegal.

I have raised fraud report at http://www.actionfraud. Police. Uk/report_fraud and will be passing over all the information over to Watchdog as well as contacting the FSA and whoever else I can to stop this company ripping people off.
