Deposit refund - VAN HIRE

After 3 months of emailing you and phoning you I have still not had a refund of the £250 deposit you took on 24th October. You promise to phone me back but never do.
I am still waiting for Glen Johnson and David Morris to return my calls.
It would seem your company makes a habit of keeping deposits, maybe you ought to feature on BBC's Watchdog! I shall be suggesting it to them.
