Lender will not accept debit or credit card payments

Really, what legitimate business does not take a debit/credit card, either online or at least over the phone?! I am not paying with my checking or savings, and I am not giving them my bank account numbers! If they refuse my form of payment, does that mean they do not want my payment? What kind of slipshod business is this?!

When I sent them an inquiry, it took them 4 days to answer me... Really?! Then they informed me that my payment was late. Duh! You took 4 days to answer me! No matter what I have to do, I am consolidating this loan to another agency. I never signed with them anyway - AES bought my loan. They are awful...
