Careless and unethical company - I wish I had read reviews before I signed a contract with AES

They have made numerous errors on my account. They never decreased the balance amount after paying them for 3 years. I'm still fighting that one. Their website is also poorly done. You are not able to make any changes unless you call them first. You're not able to change your own security questions, name, or see complete payment history. I've had to call every single time just to make these changes. Most customer service reps are rude and not helpful. Please consider a more reputable company before getting involved with AES.
