Repeated account errors, balance never reduced after 3 years

They have made numerous errors on my account. They never decreased the balance amount after I paid them for 3 years. I am still fighting that one. Their website is also poorly done. You are not able to make any changes unless you call them first. You are not able to change your own security questions, name, or see complete payment history. I have had to call every single time just to make these changes. Most customer service reps are rude and not helpful. Please consider a more reputable company before getting involved with AES.
