Extra student loan payments misapplied across all loans

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my daughter's student loans, which we cosigned. We are paying the loans, and in the last year we have had problem after problem with your bank crediting the correct amount we specified to my daughter's loans.

It is unbelievable that every time we apply extra money toward a loan, they apply it to all the loans, and it takes a long time to fix the problem. I have the right to pay off these loans when I want to. I feel like they are deliberately doing this to get more interest. I would really like a phone call from someone who is in charge of the student loan section.
