Seth Brooks They Left Me Pennyless

Seth Brooks and his attorney George Meziere are scum. I signed an agreement with the company back in November. I sold the business in early 2007 and all contracts were transferred over to the new owners. Now 6 years latter they come after me asking me to pay $7000 for that contract. They say the agreement had a personal guaranty but the sales lady thata visited me never mentioned and in fact I asked specifically, and she told me no personal guarantee. They take me to court, get a judgement, make me fill out interogatories with all me personal information. Since I have gone through a divorce and care for two children, business failure (after I sold this one mentioned earlier) and lost everything. I live in section 8 government housing, I subsist on food stamps, I belong to the LEAP program in order to pay my heating bill, I am on Medicaid, and I have absolutely no assets. I am at the grocery store late this afternoon and was trying to buy food so I can make dinner for my children and my debit card won't work. These crooks garnished my bank account and took every cent that I had that was supposed to pay for July bills. Now I have no money to pay my portion of the rent due, I cannot pay utility bills and my other obligations. Food stamps does not pay for the food I need to feed the kids all month so I do have to pay out of pocket for some food too. Now that is gone as well. I told Mr. Brooks' attorney all this and still they ended up doing this. Don't go any where near this company. They are morally and ethically bankrupt. They do not have a shred of decency amongst them. They stole every penny I had and I now have nothing left. These people should be in jail. I hope they get theirs.
