Pathetic Customer Service

I stopped by Bilo #267 on West Main Street in Laurens, South Carolina to pick up a bag of dog food. When I approached the check out counter a mexican family had just finished checking out. As they left the store the young, brown-haired female cashier turned to the cashier at the counter next to her, and both employees proceeded to make very cruel, obnoxious comments about the mexican family and the fact that they paid for their groceries with food stamps. I was so disgusted with them that I put the bag of dog food back, and purchased dog food at a convenience store. I think one of the cashiers called the other by the name of Angie (but I'm not positive). Is this Bilo's idea of customer service? These are hard times for many. And many people will find themselves needing food stamps, including the bilo employees I've described in this letter.
