Ripoff

I moved to the u. S in march 04 and in june i was contacted by CCA for a credit card. I was debited to my account $199.00 in the month of june and was awaiting for the catelouges. I recd. The catelouge in Aug 04 and placed an order for goods worh $ 500.00 and made a down payment of $187.39 on Aug 16th (The same was debited in my checking account. Now on Aug 31 i inquire about the status of my order (after waiting for 1/2 hr on the phone) i was told that they have recd. My down payment only on the 26th, which created a doubt for me as direct debit into your checking account means they should get the money the same day.

Also i was told that i will get my goods only 4 to 8 weeks from 26th of Aug. They have already duped me of $400.00 and i do not know how to recover.

Only once this happened i searched for this co. On the web and found this site. I wish i had done this earlier. Stupid me as i make only $1000.00/month and got screwed for $400.00

I need to file a suit against them but do not have any address or contact of this co. Except for the phone nos.

This is a big scam and i will also go to the press and inform them.
