Secure deposit box transferred and can't get back items after 2 weeks

My department shut without notice. I traveled and delivered to locate it shut with no notice from their website. They claim to get delivered notice. I've never seen it. I'd a deposit box in the department. My container exposed, allegedly inventoried it and delivered it someplace. After 2 weeks of seeking it from an open department I've yet to determine the items. It has been required by me on three distinct events and am usually informed it's returning. Evidently safe deposit containers Using America's Lender are therefore dangerous. Mark McLewin
