Rip off

I paid the $43, so I would get the card rushed to me, and I just now got it three months later. Then I come to find out that I can only order their merchandise from their catalog. That totally negates the fact of haveing a credit card when you need to send in an order form to get merchandise from the catalog, and you have to make payments in advance. This company should not get away with this, I was counting on the fact that I would get this card with the limit so that I could buy appliances for my apartment, now what (I have BAD credit).
