Credit card scam another victium

I just lost $39.00 to captial choice consumer credit for waht i though was a good deal for a credit card. I called their phone number 305-468-0019 of course it has been disconnected. I can't believe i have been scamed. I though it was from capital one a very reputable company, thats waht i get for not paying closer attention. Please make sure no one else gets scamed this way.
