I fell for a scheme similar to this about a year ago. I sent in my $39.00 and I did receive a card. Along with a catalog of their own overpriced, useless merchandise. Not only that but you also had to pay 50% of your purchases ahead of time with either a different credit card, or money order. Thankfully I was able to get my money back on that scheme. I am not falling for it again. I might have bad credit, but when I buy so
