Capital Choice Consumer Credit
Took money out of my account two times & sent me nothing

I filled out an application for a credit card with a $5000.0 limit and no interest for one year.

I sent a check for $39.00 to the following address 7850 nw 146th st suite 514 miami lakes flordia 33016. They cashed my check and never sent me a card. On my bank statement i noticed that i was charged another $39.00 by the same company and for an unknown reason.

Please help me retrieve my money, the bank stopped any future charges from them for six months and reversed the bounced check fee because i did not have the money in that account to cover an ach fee.
