Another victim of - I want my money back and then some

I wish I had thought to investigate this company on the Internet before I sent them my $43. I sent them a money order on December 16, hoping to get the card before the end of the year so I could take it with me to a trip in February, but i have yet to receive my card. I contacted information in Miami and Miami Lakes and they do't have a listing at either addres:

7349 NW 34th Street
Miami, FL 33122

Or

7850 NW 146th ste. 514
Miami Lakes, FL 33016

I tracked down my money order with Western Union and Capital Consumer Credit cashed it on January 3. Unfortunaltely, it is too late to do a stop payment, so I have lost my $43 and I am very aggrevated.

I did manage to find a phone number for them:

In the 1-800 assistance listings but they only allow current cardholders to "talk" to a customer service agent, and after reading all the complaints on this company I am not surprised to see why they are so hard to get a hold of.

I want my money back, but I don't know exactly how to go about doing. If I had more informaiton I would like to sue this company for their fradualent behavior.
