I applyed for a loan with this company in aug of this year 2004 got apporved i sent them all of my personal information and banking statement and all the numbers The Rep for this company Shane Allison took all the information sent people out to my home took pic inside and out. It got down to the last days of the loan to be process i left message he called me back one time rude mouth full of food chewing over the phone said he would call me back to final the loan paper havent heard from him or anyone from his company you can tell they are telling lies when they anwers the phones, it alway a rep and you have to make sure you know what team they are on to contact their supervisors they are not fair people and to top it off if you got no so perfect credit they will give your information to the creditor and they will call your home or work make false claim saying you are in default of any and everything this company try to make you take loans for 3 or more homes like people skip off with the loan checks and you have to pay for the mistake they make I will assure you that you will get a shitty deal look them up under the better business bur.

They are listed several times and they dont anwers any complaints my best advice to you it to seek mortage loan in your area with a rep. Bank dont go through ameriquest mortage company in tx or anywhere they will make your life a living h*ll, they dont care about you your personal information or anything they sell your information to companys.
