Ameriquest Mortage, AMC Absolute Liars, about refinancing, adjustable rates, and payoff penaltys Ripoff

We refinanced our loan 2 years ago expecting to lower interest and pay off some other obligations, before retirement. We were told we could do just that, with and ajustable rate mortage then refinance again in exatly 2 years at NO EXTRA cost to a fixed 15 yr lower rate mortage. They LIED, they want another 8K to refi. Now the loan officer has moved to greener pastures, and we are trying to pay the loan off with cash and they don't want to accept it till 07 when the interest will jump to 11%, The greedy Liars dont even try to cooperate.

We got a letter saying a class action suit has been settled as we were unaware of, and if we JUST SIGNED IT we would get a whopping 16 DOLLARS, and lose the right to sue on our own.

Luckly I happened on to usacomplaints.com and have decided to take agressive action to expose these greedy bastards as who they really are. I will get my loan paid off before 07 and be done with that part, but I'm not done exposing these low life white collar theives.
