Mismanagement by Natiionstar Mortgage

Based on my lender, BB&T, they delivered the cash of my mortgage transaction promptly, that was declined by Nationstar. On 6/8 and 6/12, respectively. Nowadays, 6/13, I obtained not really a nice phone from the particular Patrick who asked my try to spend my regular mortgage transaction. He questioned me to contact him again at 877-698-9400, extension 2112.

I came across an email from BB&T, my lender, declaring they delivered the cost to Nationstar and was delivered given that they couldn't determine the cost and payee... Therefore, BB&T acknowledged the quantity of the cost back.

Today, I attempted to achieve Patrick, to no avail, being that they are completely automatic. Alternatively I had been ultimately responded by another individual that requested me for my title and social security number. After providing these details to him, he explained Patrick wasn't reacting from his expansion and that I am being billed a late charge, injustly.
