Jackson At rip-off! Rude, Harrassing, Totally Unprofessional

We were considering signing for a loan through 1st residential, when at the last moment, at the signing actually, all the terms changed and taken aback, we decided not to sign. The next day, the representative, Jackson, called our place of business, and when told we were not available, he harrassed our secretary, and left a completely unprofesional message on our home phone. No obligation, indeed.

Ultimately it is the consumer's choice whether or not to sign, and the rep's job to remain consistent with the terms discussed and not represent his company by acting like a sarcastic ignoramus. I would highly advise against the use of this company, but, if you must, stay away from Jackson. He is a scammer that wishes to take advantage of the elderly.
