Deceptive and illegal business practices

They may have good rates on their homeowner's insurance but it comes at a great price.

They constantly and arbitrarily changed my coverage, sending the updates as "changes per your request".

I finally called up and spent more than 30 minutes with one of their service reps getting my coverage and deductible exactly as I wanted it. Then one month later they once again changed my coverage trying to pass it off as "changes per your request".

When I sent them a letter telling them to change it back to the way I originally had it, enclosing the declarations page of the desired coverage and the changed one they had sent me, they then cancelled my insurance without bothering to inform me.

Only when my Mortgage Company sent me a letter saying they had no insurance renewal did I find out that they had left me high and dry.

Even if you have to pay up to $100 more at another insurance company - avoid this one like the plague!
