Just ME - Credit

I am trying to pay my GE Bank Credit card I want this off my back a payment was short and I've been trying to catch up as my employeer has changed billing dates and practices (another story for another day) in the meantime I have been trying to get a favorable payment plan. I feel like I'm talking to someone mile away. All they tell me is they will waive late fees. I've been paying every month but somehow am now 2 months past due. Each time I've had fees waived I've been told to call back once it post and there may be something that can be done. NOthing has been done yet I want to pay this.
