Would not fix a finance charge caused by own error

Bill Me Later would not correct a finance charge even though it was their customer service representative who made a mistake. I wrote the company a detailed account. They did not care about their customer and only wanted to rake in extra cash. I canceled my account immediately and would never use this service again. I may not use PayPal either, since they are one and the same. Be wary of this company. They are not in it to make shopping easier for you.
