Corp/equiprime Bank ripoff, stealing our home, harissment, threats

We too had a loan with fairbanks for 8 years, and our payments were made on time every month. The harrisment started a few months after we had our loan sold from Equiprime. They stated we had not made our payments and just the whole same story, forced insurance, late fees, etc... We paid them over $100,000 over 8 years but, we owed them the more than the original amount when we lost the lost to them as we did when we started 8 years later.

We had to file for bankruptcy to keep from being sued for the balance on the house, had our credit ruined for nothing. We went into the so called class-action lawsuit but after recieveing a paper saying that they owed us $3,300 we came out with a check for $293.00. They really helped us out... Ha, Where did all that money go? We are the people that had our lives ruined by this company. We had to explain to our children why we had to leave the home that we built together. Why we didn't live there anymore. How do you explain that you did nothing wrong and yet lost everything.

When you tell people what happened they just look at you like - yah, you just got behind on your payments and lost your house. Why are they still in bussiness? Why are they contining to do this on a daily basis? Someone needs to put a stop to this. Where is the so called goverment programs that is suppose to stop stuff like this from happening to hard working honest people? Is anyone going to help us FOR REAL???
